Anger Management Program
My anger management program incorporates evidenced-based and clinically proven practices.
It consists of 12 individualized treatment sessions that:
help you to increase your awareness of the way in which you experience anger & the role anger is playing in your life
identify your anger triggers and increase your understanding of your personal levels of anger
learn effective coping and calming techniques that help to stop anger escalation
practice more effective ways of responding to your anger
improve assertive communication and conflict resolution skills
At the end of the 12 sessions a letter of completion & certificate will be provided
