Anger Management Program

My anger management program incorporates evidenced-based and clinically proven practices.

It consists of 12 individualized treatment sessions that:

  • help you to increase your awareness of the way in which you experience anger & the role anger is playing in your life

  • identify your anger triggers and increase your understanding of your personal levels of anger

  • learn effective coping and calming techniques that help to stop anger escalation

  • practice more effective ways of responding to your anger

  • improve assertive communication and conflict resolution skills

At the end of the 12 sessions a letter of completion & certificate will be provided
